Prime Talent Group is dedicated at exceeding the hiring expectations for every client, regardless of the search method agreed upon. Please contact us to see which of the below options might be the best fit for your organization.

Retained executive search

Clients who are looking to fill pressing Senior-Level Executive positions will generally prefer this model. This process represents a strong partnership from both sides and secures a commitment from Prime Talent Group to make the project a top priority.

The retained search process is highly structured, with an extensive screening process, target dates with specified deliverables, and several dedicated resources. This ensures that a quality candidate is identified to offer you superior industry expertise.

We operate the retained model on an exclusive basis with a formalized fee structure. The payments are traditionally made in three parts: one as a retainer, one as key milestones are met, and one after the candidate is placed.

contingency

In a contingent search, the process is generally less structured, and focuses more on getting qualified candidates sent to the client so you can make the final assessment. This model also means that there is no exclusivity and the client has the option to use multiple staffing agencies. We are only paid if the candidate presented is hired. This model is typically designated for mid- to lower-level positions.

At Prime Talent Group, we treat contingency recruiting with professionalism and a sense of urgency which allows us to stand out from the competition. We thoroughly screen every candidate and only present the best fit for your need.

container

This is a flexible recruiting solution that combines benefits from both the retained and contingency models, while at the same time reducing the financial risk for both parties. Some form of exclusivity is generally attached for the duration or limited by time.

In a container, the fee is typically divided into two parts. The first part is paid at the beginning and is typically one third of the total fee. The remaining two-thirds are paid only when the search has been successfully completed.
